By the meeting day, September 19th, we were each assigned to scrutinize some methods of recording every single step we will go through and revise what we had outlined as a drawing outline, which will later be sent to the committed designer. Today, during the meeting, we shared our ideas and discussed it to end up with a clear decision. By trying multiple mediums, we chose to write a daily summary every time we have made such progress. Before ending our meeting, we agreed to allocate the following tasks—to update and design our website, assigned to Rachel, and to create the final drawing guideline and outline, assigned to Taylor.
